This guy isn’t a good attorney at all I wouldn’t go near him.   He doesn’t appear to have a good knowledge of the law and know how to apply it to the situation.  Looks like he is just shooting from the hip and guessing on his paperwork.   I don’t know what it takes to graduate law school these days, but it doesn’t appear to be a very  high bar.  If you want a good attorney, then look elsewhere.

Mr. Golden handled my credit card debt issues with expertise and professionalism. He communicated regularly with me regarding my case and displayed a sense of integrity and ethical behavior in our dealings. I would highly recommend meeting with and using Mr. Golden for any legal issues.
