Doesn't return emails or respond terrible experience.

Zarina was hired for my child support case, she was upfront and honest about everything. Attorneys I have had in the past make promises and when its time to go to court I got screwed. She made sure my ex who had been hiding his income for years submitted tax forms and loan documents so this way he had to show what his income was. Thanks to her and her assistant I was able to more then double that amount of child support I had been getting for years. I would highly recommend this Attorney!

I hired Zarina to get me my rights to my infant son who was being held from me by his mother at the time. My experience with Zarina was terrible. We only had one court date it was for parenting time and child support. Zarina did not even have the child support worksheet filled out the judge Assini literally removed his glasses looked at Zarina and said "you dont even have the child support worksheet done?" She immediately stumbled in her composure and responded "i can do it as soon as i get back to the office im sorry". Looking extremely irritated the judge got out his laptop from his desk turned it on we waited for it to boot up then he did the worksheet himself who then ordered $505 a month in child support when the mother of my son makes more than I do, i was in shock and she gave no objection at all not one. She also had zero knowledge of the first right to refusal law which states if either parent is away from the child for an extended period of time the other parent can take the child. Her not knowing this and not exercising this right for her client I was only granted 12 hours a week with my son, with which I had to drive across town in rush hour because she was not educated about how exchanges are conducted when it comes to drop-offs and pick-ups so Zarina arranged the exchanges to suit and comfort the opposing party. Zarina also had the mother of my son come into her office and give her cut and pasted messages that were completely fraudulent you could and can clearly see that they had been altered. Zarina then submitted these messages to the court as evidence for the opposing party without even consulting with me or asking me anything at all. After the one and only court hearing she then sends me an invoice saying all my funds were used and i had a remaining balance of $90, I told her not to do anything further with my case and please refund the $90 which she did. I hired an experienced attorney by the name of Ricardo Bracamonte within a month I had and now have my baby son %40 of the week and the child support was drastically reduced. The first right to refusal law that Mr.Bracamonte educated me about was the whole reason I was granted the %40, Zarina was my attorney for 4 months I never heard her mention it once. Those are the facts 1. she neglected to have the child support worksheet filled out when she had at least a month to do it . 2. she submitted damaging evidence for the opposing party against me her client (those were the cut and pasted text messages) 3. she had absolutely no knowledge of the first right to refusal law. 4. she arranged exchange locations that suited and comforted the opposing party only which i agreed to because I was desperate to see my infant son. All equal to a very high amount of pain and suffering I hope me sharing my experience will spare someone the trouble.
