Not a shred of patience for the handicap

Ron was explained the process of what we were doing very clearly to me and took the time to answer my questions that I thought were silly. He’s very understanding and helpful. He is tactful in the courtroom and was able to relay exactly what I needed him to when I was too emotional to do so. The entire team he has set up works well and they are all very thorough and helpful. I would recommend to friend. He helped me both with my bankruptcy as well as divorce.

If I could give a no star I would the secretary was very rude, I asked for a notary service and she seemed like I bothered her. I went to the office and then told me if it was nice to say i was coming over. Well if u had some customer service experience you should of asked me if i needed any help on it but she was very rude on doing it. I left I can look for somewere else that are willing to help.

Ron Allen provides a very Professional and honest service. It is nice having a true professional representing you in court if needed.

At first it Ron and I had a good conversation about my grandmothers back taxes. When it came time for me to pay, i was doing 500$ down for a case for my grandmother, i wanted to know total balance. I needed to know the total bill because i would likely be makeing any future payments. His secretary, Starla I believe was very rude and made it a point to tell me thanks for nothing, before she hung up on me. I called back wanting to talk w Ron thinking as the business owner he would be a little more professional. All i recieved was a more attitude and i was told by Ron was wasting his time. If im paying for somthing i need all of the info . at minimum no attitude. A special thanks for nothing to Rons secratary. I recomend to stay away from this firm. If potential customers are treated this way I can only imagine after they have got your $.
