He did not file my case with the state by the required deadline, then moved out of town. He does not deserve the right to practice. Please others BEWARE and INFORMED of his misconduct

Terrible lawyer--does not interest the court.
He represented our counter position, misidentified me as a black male who stands roughly 6' tall by the name of KEVIN BENARD HARRIS; I am Caucasian. He passed allegations such as child abandonment despite that morality--as defined by law clears those up with Texas Penal Code 22.041. He used allegations of drug usage despite that the mother had not ever touched drugs prior to the conception of the children that were in the family cause. Misrepresents the law. Misrepresents his opponents.
Cause needs re-examined for perjury and a motion to quash on the pretense of perjury needs to be filed. Would not hire this guy; lots of people can get in trouble for doing it.
