Waitress was rude and has a very bad attitude. Whatever ticked her off, we received the outcome. The salad at the salad bar was droopy today was its last day. Guess they were trying to save it from yesterday.

Don't waste ur money . Once they get paid they won't return a call for weeks if at all. They lie and will not work for u an have no interest in winning the case or not. My good friend paid them 5000 dollars an in several messages for over week not a call returned. He just wrote it off as a loss and hired a real lawyer who actually does what they say an cares if u win. Don't lose thousands behind this law firm who will not do their job like he did

Cora Moore has to be the most unprofessional excuse for an attorney I have ever dealt with. It took her 3 years to get my case to the judge on a simple modification and enforcement of child visitation and my ex also owed me a couple thousand dollars. Well by the time the case got to the judge and everything was done, the child was 18 and the only people that received the money that was owed them was Cora Moore. $3500 down the drain and not one thing was accomplished.

I would recommend that you use any attorney but her.

My ex husband sued me for primary custody of my son .I live in Aledo, but my son had been going to school in Mineral Wells for 2 years . My son has severe ADHD which his dad refused to treat, and seeing as how we had 50/50 custody of my son, we had to agree on treatment .
After receiving court papers informing me we'd be going through the custody process yet again, I was given the worst piece of advice I could probably ever have received. Another attorney advised me..."Cora Moore seems to be who you will want in your corner". They couldn't have been MORE wrong!

I met with Cora, gave her $10,000 retainer, and waited.

After months and months of not returning calls, emails, texts, we were finally at my court date . The argument Ms.Moore decided to present for preventing a change of custody was primarily medically based... And yet she had gotten ZERO of my medical experts to show up to court. This was back in April, and to this day, I'm not certain they were ever even subpoenaed.
I also had a Parenting Coordinator, named Carol Mapp, whom my ex and I had met with over 2 years to decide what would be the best thing for my son, WITHOUT going back into the court room. She was subpoenaed, however it wasn't until 7pm THE NIGHT BEFORE THE COURT HEARING that MsMapp called me and let me know that Parenting Coordinators can't even testify .

HOW THIS SLIPPED CORA MOORE'S ATTENTION IS BEYOND ME!!!

Carol Mapp's testimony would have been crucial in my case . She could have testified to all the ways I had been willing to compromise with my ex... Yet she,by law, couldn't do that for me... And my own attorney had absolutely no idea until 12 hours before a hearing regarding custody of my only son .

Five minutes before the trial started, Ms.Moore let me know that the judge wouldn't consider any medical testimony without my medical experts there...none of whom were there, because they were never called.

So there we were, trial started, none of my experts were there, and Cora Moore starts referring to my ex-husband as my "baby daddy" , which the other attorney actually ended up objecting to, because my ex and I WERE actually married and my son WASN'T born our of wedlock. I was actually thankful for opposing council to make this objection, because I felt that the term "baby-daddy" was a prejudicial term, which my own attorney had now used against me. I was APPALLED!!

THEN, Cora Moore started referring to one of my expert medical witnesses, (who, I'd like to reiterate wasn't even there), by the wrong name!! She didn't even know the name of the doctor who should have been there to testify.

The judge had heard enough. He gave primary to my ex husband and now I'm secondary. This happened late April 2018, and now it is August 2018. I'm still not used to the visitation arrangement. I miss my son constantly. What I think is the straw on this camels back, is that despite multiple requests, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE ITEMIZED BILL FOR HER "SERVICES"!!

I literally feel like I gave this woman $10,000 to do nothing, and allow my son to get taken away from me.

She deserves to be disbarred from ever practicing law again.

DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN YOUR BUSINESS .DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN YOUR MONEY!!!!

The worst attorneys office I have ever dealt with. They take triple the amount of time to do anything. They took over a month and a half to get me my temporary hearing papers when my ex wife got hers the very next day. I had to call constantly just to get any information and that’s when someone could actually figure out what was going on. I DO NOT recommend them.
