Will my husband and I used this Attorney and never get returned phone calls, my husband is getting a large amount taking out of his check every 2 weeks. Then instead of calling us or letting us know about what the trustee is doing with our money the trustee sent a letter telling us they are raising our payment 121 more we were told that our payments would stay the same.. back in 2017 I found out I had 5 spots on my brain, was very sick lost a good job my husband was using VA our mortgage company is NLC loans crooks Loancare LLC services our loan my husband wanted to do a modification to lower our payments due to us making late payments they told us they would work with us after 7 months of trying to get this done they put our house up for auction for Dec 3rd we were told by this Attorney s that are only choice was bankruptcy . This Attorney according to Jeff Peice legal assistant said he wont talk to us to keep paying this is very un fair

They will get the job done for you. You will probably meet 6 different people handling your case. Im not experienced enough to know what the difference is between a "good" lawyer and a "bad" one. One of my episodes i have to share. On the the day of the meeting with the judge your lawyer should be present, he was..but i had no clue who the hell he was, as i watched other lawyers "prep" their clients My wife and i just sat until the very minute of our hearing..then it was like Mcdonalds ..Get em in..Get em Out ...quickly, so if you have any questions you have about a 20 second window of opportunity to ask, further when i wanted to ask the Lawyer questions AFTER the hearing his exact words were " you have one minute". I was jealous of others who seemed to have good lawyers willing to spend time with their clients, hell i even saw one lawyer walk with his client out of the building...like i said Leinart will get it done for you, but dont expect a "take care of you" attitude

I found this law firm online and I filled out the form. I was contacted by a nice employee named Erica who gathered all my information and set an appointment with me. At the time I set the appointment, I though that I would be meeting with her.
When I get to the office today, I was greeted by another gentleman & I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED.
I feel as if I was stereotyped from the moment he saw me. Yes I am a woman of color. Yes, I have tattoos. Yes, I have filed bankruptcy before. . What I also have is manners and an education.
Rather than this man allowing me to speak..he constantly cut me off. Never gave me a chance to explain my situation fully. The information that he was blurting out was incorrect. He barley took time to even look fully into what was going on in my PRESENT situation. He was focused on my past & a piece of paper. He wanted to constantly bring up my previous filings. The purpose of reaching out to a Bankruptcy Attorney..any Bankruptcy Attorney...regardless of the times that you have filed, is because you are trying to a get fresh financial start. We did not discuss financial goals..we did not discuss other options for my financial situation.
The fact that this man dominated the conversation, constantly cut me off and answered my questions for me..lead me to believe that he was just try to get this tattooed colored woman with the colorful shoes out of his office.

I can almost guarantee you had I been of the lighter persuasion, the interaction would have been completely different. I do not like the way I was treated or rather talked to. I did not sense a willingness to help.

What he didn't know....is that I had access to any funds needed at that time and ready to do business. But the snide, snarky attitude & failure to allow me to talk & his over all demeanor.....especially since he ASSUMED that I did not have the money...I decided to take my business elsewhere. I would be a fool... to put my hard earned money in your hand after you treated me in such a manner.

I was, however, able to find another firm to assist me. I was allowed to fully talk and explain my situation. They NICELY told me not to file another Chapter 13 to file a Chapter 7 & explained things to me without being judgemental. That option was never offered to me. The amount needed was not an issue.... it's the treatment I received.

It has been a long but fulfilling 5 years. But my debts have been corrected. This law firm is very professional. They will help you get through your financial situation and be there to answer any questions along the way.

Mr Leinart was extremely kind and helped me go through a difficult time of my life when bankruptcy was the only solution. His office and staff were available promptly and the fee was also more convenient comparable to several other attorneys I had talked to before deciding to hire the Leinart Firm service.
