The lady at the front desk is awfully rude! She might as well had taken out a gun and shoot me after all the cussing she did towards me and her aggressive behavior. I’ve never stepped a foot through their door before. I am aware my fiancé had been using them for his divorce, I have no idea what happened with that case. She falsely accused me of trying to look at the attorneys phone number after she handed me the phone to speak to him. Which he was rude as well. Hope no one has to go through that with them. So I’d recommend y’all to take your money elsewhere.

Horrible customer service you're lucky to get a call or a email 1-2 months after leaving several message. They settle with my insurance company for the same offer I was offered without a lawyer. When we called to ask question they had no idea about our case. I understand we are not their only client but you should know a little about the case. I've requested an itemized bill from the law office several times to date I have never received one, we never received or signed settlement paperwork the lawyer did it all without our approval. Today we received a settlement of $11.00, the doctors received $3000.00 and the law office from what I can tell without any bills or settlement paperwork received $4500.00. Thank you for wasting almost two years of my life for $11.00.

Devon should be disbarred! He tried to represent me on a criminal charge 7 years ago and his advice was to plead guilty to a class 3 felony and serve 5 years. I tried to tell him that the maximum sentence for my charge was only 2 years. I hired another lawyer and plead for 6 months. The other lawyer was astonished at the incompetence

I have only met this jerk DEVON once. All he bitched about was money. This case has to do with CPS. This thing doesn't deserve to work with any children! Instead of going to an adult, he went and scared the hell out of a 13 year old! Now my grand daughter is terrified to leave her mother because she is afraid she will be snatched! You want to call me names Devon feel free to call me and not go and scream at a 13 year old that has been through alot. I am going to turn you into every Law Board Association. This very bright attorney gave my 5 year old grand daughter to a convicted felon. This felon goes to court Monday for beating up my daughter. He also has weapons charges on him. Horrible service!! My lawyer didn't even talk to me until the day before court, then showed up late to court! I was the only one still outside of the courtroom when he showed up. That alone cost me $3000- never even saw him before court date and 1 phone conversation day before court-that was it. Then I paid additional retainer fee in full- 2 months later - after NO FURTHER CONTACT-they say I owe them more. They couldn't "find " my payment- then a week later said they found $1000 payment but not the other $2k paid on the same day at the same time!!!! Absolute scam and horrible service--do not go here. Even my opposing lawyers were appalled at what I paid and what went down!

If you have alot of money then you will be great. They take no mercy on people having money problems. Andrew pulled out of my case a week before trial after I paid him 5000. Andrew is a very straight forward guy, and he is very nice. as long as you pay him every cent.... i dont know if he is good in trial, because he never came to support me.

Devon DuPuy is honest, extremely intelligent and quick to fight for his clients. It was very apparent to me the few times we entered the courthouse that Devon's reputation speaks for itself. Devon is well respected among his peers and by the Denton County Court. Let me tell you...Devon is fierce, but fair. He is straightforward and his level of integrity is admirable. I have had the unfortunate experience of child custody modifications, multiple family court related issues all stemming from a terrible divorce and a relentless effort to alienate me from my child--even false criminal accusations that over the last seven years literally cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars. When you reach out for help, especially from an attorney, you are suppose to feel safe-not taken for a ride and used as a paycheck with no real interest in an innocent child's life and the long term, life altering changes families deal with as a result from court and the rulings being made. I have had a level of anxiety over the last seven years that I would not wish on my worst enemy. I can finally say, for the first time--Devon made that go away and words will never describe how thankful I am to him and his staff (Alisha and Minerva) for their compassion and dedication--not just to me, but working for the best interest of a child as well. He is one of the worst attorneys I have ever had and I had two attorneys involved in my divorce in 2005. I hired Andrew in August 2014 for a re-modification hearing that was based on lies from my ex. He never addressed any of the lies that started this case. We only went to trial once and I paid him 5 grand. He is money hungry and charged me for every little thing. He did not do what I asked because he said, "that is not my strategy". I feel like he did not represent me when we only came to court one time. I paid him $5000 in August and then wanted another $3000 in February. He only went to court once in a trial in November 2014. Now I am stuck with a mess and I refuse to give him another dime. He asked for withdrawal from the case because I did not give him the $3000 PLUS replenish the retainer fee. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANDREW TO ANYONE!!!! He is basically a fraud in my books.
