They never file until last minute. I won't recommend especially if you are filing through premium because it's waste of money. these guys never respond to RFE until the last minute.

I had a call with Toki, actually She called after I sent an inquiry online. She explain how they charge and how things work. After a week, I tried to call her back and wanted to hire her, all her assistant started to tell me I need to pay 150 for half an hour if I need to talk to her, even I need to hire her. This does not make any sense and got me doubt their attitude toward their clients. I have never met a lawyer with such a high consultation fee and attitude. I explained several times to her assistance that I had a call with Toki and I am planning to hire her.

Here is my unpaid and unbiased review of my experience using the services of Lawyer Katrina Moore, who works at the Akula & Associates law firm. I’ve never met any of the lawyers at this firm in person, and I’ve only spoken on the phone with them. This underscores the fact that a lot of legal work doesn’t need to be face to face in this modern world.

We were fortunate to get the assistance of this passionate lawyer in looking at our unique immigration case when all other lawyers declined taking up our complicated case. After our initial telephone consultation, she suggested that we file for a humanitarian visa. She was professional in explaining the expected costs and timeline. This exceptional lawyer would call us frequently to give us updates on our case.

“I’m obsessed with your case,” she said reassuringly when the USCIS delayed our case decision. Then she went out of her way by checking her emails on the weekends, and she kept calling and bugging the USCIS office to provide updates on our case status.

I’ve worked with lawyers in the past; most of them are fair. Unfortunately, it’s the few bad ones, who are all about the money that taints this noble profession. This lawyer and the Law firm has reaffirmed my faith in the legal profession again.

I will highly recommend Lawyer Katrina Moore. My only regret is that there are only five stars to give with this google review.
