The worst law firm to hire in regards to any case. The firm does not have the manpower to handle their case load whatsoever. They will continue to sign new clients on only to disregard them. Their technology is from the 80’s and the managing attorney is horrible at his job. RUN!!!!!!

Communication with this firm was like pulling teeth! Not only did they not ever call us first with any updates, getting in touch with someone about our case always took several calls, at least. Our case which was a fairly simple one, took almost two years to settle. And it would have taken longer but we’re finally had to start calling often and complaining about the things I’ve previously mentioned. We heard some pretty ridiculous reasons why we were being delayed so long. Our “substantial” settlement that we were told about in the beginning turned out to be about a sixth of what we were expecting and barely paid the bills off by the time it was over. Extremely EXTREMELY disappointed in this form and would never use them again!

Through all the stress I endured leading up to the finalization of my divorce, Faun Rowland explained the process each step of the way, showed sympathy and understanding, and consistently had my best interest in mind. This is my first time leaving a review on google for anything. If your looking to hire David Kohm & Associates, turn back now. Don’t waste your time with them. They are full of it. Been dealing with them since 12/19/2015.

Wouldn’t recommend them for anything dealing with anything with a automobile accident. Communication is terrible between them and client and they are very unorganized.

TURN BACK NOW! Do not recommend for automobile accident!

Just was told by one of the office staff that basically the reason the case is going the way it's going is because it's my fault. Even though me and my children were the ones who were hit. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE SERVICES I HAVE RECEIVED. I am constantly told we will call you back, and I wait days or weeks with no return call.

Horrible!! Elizabeth Whitaker came to court completely unprepared. Hadn't reviewed my case, didn't review any of the evidence prior to our trial, was literally highlighting and writing exhibit number on documents while we were in front of the judge, barely said anything, all the while I have paid thousands of dollars for them to represent me. I had even previously emailed her outlining some things to present in court and of course none of that was done. If I could give them zero stars I would, they literally stole my money.

I employed this firm and my case changed hands with attorneys within the firm literally 12 times and nobody new anything about my case that had it. I think they do it that way so they have an excuse if they make a mistake. I know I've encountered alot of incompetence and mistakes on there part and my case suffered the consequences! Do not hire this firm if you want to win any case especially personal injury claim you will be severely sorry you did. I got nothing but substandard service from begging to end and this will ruin repeat business.
This firm only concerned with putting your money in there pocket not getting money in your pocket

The worst place law firm I have ever experienced. I went to the chiropractor and was recommended to use them. Worst decision I could have made. My accident was in June 2019 and the representative that provided me the paperwork was very nice. That is where the niceness ended. I had provided all of my information at that time. When I call to check for updates, they will call me back. I ask questions and they seem so dumbfounded. I was the one that was rear ended and the easy part the other drivers insurance had admitted fault. So why take so long? Apparently they don’t know either...... I should have just settled with the insurance company but I did not get the opportunity to do that.

We hired Tommy Carter to represent my partners case. He was able to work out an agreement to our liking and modified the current order to something we wanted long term that other attorneys have not wanted to do for us in the past. His price was great for the services he completed and in the time he completed it. We hired him in December and signed the order by March! Tommy is awesome and if necessary we will have him represent us again if needed!

Absolutely terrible. Took 3 years to settle a case and then has taken more than 3 months to even get a straight answer in the status. I do not recommend them at all
