They don't even deserve a star patricia nicholson was very rude and the other lady as well Patricia treated us like if we were ignorant and dumb. When people are first time buyers Please be kind and informative because the reason we ask questions is to know!! If you don't like what you do then don't work at a title company!!!!!!

Rude, rude rude! When called about a tax lien with Genesis, she stated she was too busy and hung up. It ia her company! Guess she doesn't want to be paid.
