I called almost two weeks ago and the arrogant person that answered was so
full of himself, he would barely listen,
He loved the sound of his own voice!!
Was told, "nobody" gets to Jim unless
they go through me first.
I was referred to "Jim" / James,
From Roberts & Roberts in Tyler
but I never got to talk to Mr. Girard.
I was told by James "right hand man" that James ONLY handles catastrophic cases...not anything menial like mine!!
Shame on You!!!
MRI & X-rays show damage done by surgeon.
My shoulder/scapula has slipped out of its socket due to the surgeon damaging my long thoracic nerve & the bone sticks out horribly in disfigurement!! My whole right side is numb and burns with God-awful pain!!
A nerve conduction test was done by a Neuro doctor and it shows MY nerve is DEAD!!
Again, I'm sorry I'm not catastrophic enough for you...
