It took 10 months for everything to be settled for the accident I was in. Everyone I spoke with over the phone were friendly, and worried about my concerns and needs. They put my priorities first. They were able to help me walk away with a little more then what we expected I would get after the doctors visits, prescriptions, etc. Unlike most people I didn't care about getting a crazy amount of money back after everything was paid. They did take a while to update me, but when they did they were very detailed about everything. I was in an auto accident over year ago, called Barber they took my case. Never spoke with an attorney the only time I spoke with the office it was with an assistant never an attorney. When I pushed to find out about my case and ask about the demand they would never would tell me. They settled the case without any fight they charged me double what I get in the settlement! Beware unless you are taken to the hospital from the accident u will be taken at 33% of your settlement.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FIRM FIR A PERSONAL INJURY CAR ACCIDENT CLAIM. YOU WILL GET BETTER RESULTS HANDLING THE CLAIM YOURSELF WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY. I was referred to this firm to help me with an auto accident I had wherein a guy with CDL license ran a red light and T-Boned me. From day 1 I received nothing but negativity from this firm's paralegals and case managers. My car was totaled and it took over a month to get a property damage settlement to get another car. And the entire time I'm trying to get help from the attorneys office, they are making excuses for the insurance company, told me at one point it wasn't their job to get my damages settled i need to work that out woth the insurance company myself. Once I finally get another car I wait a few months to contact the Barber firm about settling the personal injury aspect of my claim, I even stopped treatment early because the doctor the firm referred me to was NOT helping my injury in any way. I even felt worse at times after a treatment session, and was physically ill twice. I get communication that my settlement is WAY below policy limits, not even 1/3. So I'm out of a car and transportation for over a month, I'm sent to a quack that made me feel worse than when I actually went to visit him to begin with and now for all my trouble I can't even get enough money in my pocket to get a better car than the one I got with the property damage settlement. I would NEVER refer anyone to this firm ever. And what's worse, I have worked in insurance defense as well as personal injury as a paralegal myself for 15 years. I just heard that the Barber form would really fight for me. That is sooooooo not the case. They did nothing but add to my stress.
