Shutt Law Firm has been a major blessing to my family. Dealing with life’s most difficult issue, death, Mr. Shutt and his team were there every step of the way. One thing I really appreciated was his willingness to explain the process, answer my questions and never made me feel rushed or like I was asking a dumb question. I could tell that he really enjoys his job and has a love for the law therefore he made the process significantly less difficult than it would have normally been.

Wills: He met with us in person and on the phone several times until our wills were exactly how we wanted them. He advised us the whole way through. His fees were very reasonable and it was worth every penny to know that our children and estate would be taken care of.

Probate: He explained everything to me in my new role as executor. He told me that he could be as involved or uninvolved as I needed him to be. I appreciated that because there were some things that I could handle on my own but other things that I needed help with so I was able to contact him as needed and he was always super responsive. He gave advice on a whole host of issues and he was my advocate when I was dealing with various professionals and interested parties.

Mediation: He was excellent in mediation. He was strong, sharp and firm however he knew when it was our turn to give a little in order to get the deal done.

Estate: He also represented me as a beneficiary and was just as thorough and ethical. Estates can be lengthy processes and he never lost momentum. He was full of energy and drive and I always felt like he had my back.

At the beginning of June this year (2018), I entered in agreement with Shutt Law Firm to probate a Will. Shutt was selected based on their clients outstanding reviews. Within one month (July 2018), the Will was probated and the assets transferred to the beneficiaries - all done at a very reasonable cost. Attorney, Peter Hall who handled my case, deserves particular mention - he was understanding! I would not hesitate to recommend Shutt Law Firm, Peter in particular, to anyone who requires similar, effective, courteous and fast legal service.

Isaac is very honest, & easy to talk to. Explains the law in a way you can understand. No surprises, cost is what he says it will be.
