Diane and her associate Jeff have been amazing attorneys for my family. They have handled both me and my wife's divorces, including one case where Jeff flew from Tyler to El paso to handle a family law matter for me. I have always gotten exactly what I expected from this office. She is completely upfront with what she can do and cannot do, therefore there is no confusion in me expecting one thing and getting another. We always agree on intended outcomes up front, and she always delivered exactly what she said she was going to deliver. She has also been great to work with financially. We agreed on a down payment and a payment plan, which I stuck to. She will always handle my family law matters in the future. Diane has given me exactly what I wanted on 6 completely different cases, 2 divorces, 3 child custody cases, and one small real estate issue. Diane may not be the cheapest attorney in town, but you get what you pay for, and she's well worth the money spent. Diane has no issue going up against the big boys, and producing results that remind me why I hired her. One thing about Jeff that me and my wife both liked was the fact that he is a very large man. When my wife was worried about her ex, another large man, we had concerns about him trying to intimidate one of us, (both of us are very short), but with having a 6'6" (just a guess here) Jeff around, we no longer had those concerns. 5 start for sure!

I absolutely love everyone in this office. They are on top of everything and get it done within a timely manner. They were always available to ansqer any questions I had and help me with anything I needed help with. I highly recommend them and will always use them. For off the wall help and being lost at what to do or even start explaining whàts going on I called Diane Heindel's office. A man answered and not knowing how or what to do plus being stressed out to the max, he started talking to me in a very calming voice asked a couple questions, I answered and asked a few of my own. He set my nerves at ease, instantly felt calm in what in my mind was chaos and fear. I'm going to give a few hours up to a couple of days to see what happens. Then I know we are going to visit with Diane Heindel. I give 100 stares for what her office has already did for me.

A fantastic legal team! She worked diligently, professionally, and the communication between her and her team is outstanding! My case began with my ex husband trying to sue for custody and a whole mess of bogus allegations. In the end, he was ordered to pay more child support, reimburse for medical expenses, go to counseling, and did not receive anything he was sueing for. I have already recommended her to some friends, and they hired her on the spot! Mrs. Heindel is very kind, very knowledgeable, and I will recommend her again and again!

I am an associate attorney at this law office, and I can verify that Diane Heindel has NEVER had any clients named "Aaron Bigio", "Marly Reyem", or similar. Obviously these 2 "reviews" are fake.

Although polite and nice, she didn't work much on our case. She lied to the other party and then charged for hours she didn't work. She also forgot to tell us about a court date that we missed! We reported her to the state bar. It turns out the state bar is only concerned if she is sober, which she unfortunately is.

Hard to get to meet with Diane. Her husband handles everything and you have to repeat. Terrible about returning calls or getting information from them. We had to change attorneys as we found out that her husband had missed deadlines and didn't provide info we needed. WE've sent numerous emails/left numerous phone messages and no response to get some of our paperwork returned.
