We have been working with Joe for about 10 months and have had very little communication from him with regard to our case. We finally received a statement a couple of months ago. He had use up most of the $3500 retainer and we still have no court date or resolution. We finally had to terminate and find other representation. Please be advised and don't waste your money.

Very poor representation. Hired the law firm in March of 2018 with a starting retainer of $2,500 and 6 months later no motion have been filed with court after Mr. Thigpen said he did, very poor communication between lawyer and client just a lot of empty promise. Now that spoke to the law office for a refund because nothing has been done with my case Mr. Thigpen is not doing the respectful thing and refunding the money hired him to do. It's very upsetting you hire a lawyer in another county 3 hours away where the case is held who suppose represent you and have your back instead still your hard earn money from you. I hope everyone reads this review before hiring law office of Joe Thigpen and don't go through what I have been through by getting ripped off by my own attorney.
