so long story short I have used Kimberly martin several times. They are always awsome at getting things done. They will tell you how it is but they also will treat you like family. So I have none stop sent people to her because she is that great.

Beautiful office. Determined to do the best for her clients.
Mr. Kuna is the best lawyer you can ask for. Kind, knowledgeable, supportive and sweet. Mrs. Martin , I have never met. I won't say anything negative regarding her. The problem is the office staff. Incompetent and RUDE. You don't matter to these people. They won't relay you concerns and information to the lawyers. You will never get to see the lawyers except for your new-client meeting and right be for you walk in the judge's office. The office ladies are horrible and your case will suffer because of it. You are just a number to them. They send you letters saying not to call after your hearing. They will not let you even leave a voicemail or email for the lawyers. Everything goes through the RUDE office staff. They are the "Bouncers" of the place. You'll never get through. They talk to you crazy and harshly. And hang up on you.

This was the most unprofessional office that I have ever dealt with. They did not do any work on my husband's disability claim. After my husband released her and hired another attorney, they had the nerve to submit a bill to Social Security. We contested the fee and are in the process of reporting to the State Bar of Texas. The only reason that I gave her 1 star was because it was required before I could post.
