Took my money for a bankruptcy in 2016 then I find out he had lost his license to practice. I got a letter for the bankruptcy court telling me I was going to charged with fraud because paperwork was not filed in a timely manner. I had to represent myself to keep from going to federal prison for bankruptcy fraud!

This attorney is a fraud. I went to him because he helped my parents on their bankruptcy. I started the process last year and kept getting stalled. He kept stating I needed to sign more paperwork or submit more documents but would later turn around and state otherwise. I finally get a court date this year only for it to be dismissed due to his negligence. He promised to file again out his "own pocket" only to turn around and do nothing again. He then changed offices without notifying anyone and had to be tracked down because his office did not respond to messages or email. And to top it all off, I find out today from his realtor that he packed up and left with no warning three weeks ago. If he ever decides to open up another office, please stay far away from him.

I filed bankruptcy 2 months ago paid all my money met him on benton rd at his "new office" and now can not get in touch with him can not find a good number any where

This attorney will not return phone calls...begged me to stay with him when I wanted refund and told me he would reimburse me half of my attorney fee.. I haven't seen or heard from him again..

I filed bankruptcy with then in October of 2015 , my car was repo due to this law firm not filing my bankruptcy. .........
