My mother contacted this office and stated she wanted a copy of her will. We were told to contact her other daughter that use to be her power of attorney and also in signed paperwork were told that all her legal information would be given to her. Never received anything but burial policy. Called and my mother once again requested copy her will. We were told get from sister that is no longer power of attorney and hiding things from my mother. My mother paid for her will and no one will give her a copy. This is such a bad practice. The terms of settlement stated all her information would be given her. Her daughter refuses says dont know where at, really. And my sister attorney Shirley which handled settlement will not do one thing to uphold agreement. Should be ashamed will not give older woman copy of her will which she paid for. Shame on yall. The will was done by this firm and her good money taken but no she cant get copy latest will. My mother says she knows it was changed and is not happy about it. This is the way our elderly should be treated. I dont think so. Signed her daughter Shirley Whirley
