I hired Virginia Lucci a few years ago to represent me in a custody case. Virginia Lucci did nothing for me. Long story short, this lawyer was working AGAINST me. Her and my ex's lawyer were friends. She took $2500 from me, did nothing for me, ignored my emails and phone calls until a week before our court hearing that SHE FAILED TO TELL ME ABOUT! She sent me a nice little letter notorized by MY EX'S LAWYER WHO WORKED AT THE COURT HOUSE stating she was withdrawing from my case and she would send me a detailed billing along with the remainder of the money I paid her. Guess what? 3 years later and I still have not received one cent from her. I emailed Virginia reminding her that she still has not sent me a detailed billing and the rest of my money. She responded with "I'm not an ATM machine". PLEASE, don't hire this lawyer. If you have had similar problems with her, feel free to contact me. She needs to be stopped! You can't take people's miney, not do your job, and not return the money to your client. That is STEALING.

Hired her years ago to help with an adoption....never completed...she dropped the ball and homestudy ran out... moved too many times for me to keep up with.

Awful lawyer I wouldn't recommend her to anyone!!! She's not reliable and she takes your money!!!

... case was over a year ago... she moved to a different law firm and was answering the phone for a little while... all i need is mediation for my baby to say she wants to come back and forth and i can not get a hold of Mrs. Lucci at all now on 9 attempts .. so sad... i thought she really cared .. if she calls or helps i will update but looks like im w the majority of u guys!

SHE IS A LAWYER OF LEGAL EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE, WISE IN HER COURT ROOM MANNER, AND PROVIDES A SERVICE THAT, IN MY OPINION, IS SECOND TO NONE. SHE IS A RISING STAR AMONG FAMILY LAW LEGAL ATTORNEYS IN MONTGOMERY AS WELL AS AN ACCOMPLISHED REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE STATE OF ALABAMA. GLAD THAT SHE IS THE LEADER OF MY TEAM WHEN IT COMES TO FAMILY LAW IN MONTGOMERY. GREATLY APPRECIATED AND THANFUL.

Spouse and I paid Lucci to do the case together against someone else. Lucci did not complete her job. My spouse was angry at her for not doing her job. So the case was left untaken care fo and wasted money. A year later, my spouse left me, and spouse talked to Lucci into filing the case to divorce me. Spouse was threatening Lucci to do case for free to make up for the very first case that was not completed. Lucci took spouse's deal and they turned against me. I paid this Lucci to do first case, and now she is doing 2nd different case against me on my hard earned money from first case.. Unethical and Unprofessional. That lawyer doesn't know how to separate from ethical and unethical, conflict of interest. I have filed complaint on her to AL Law Bar Associations.
