There is a bunch of conflict of interest in phenix city. If a nursing home adminstrator screws with your lively hood Loftin law firm will not sue them for damages. No local phenix city lawyer will get you justice. Because they are all buddy buddy with each other.. They are all friends with each other in this town. The criminals like this nursing home administrator are protected in this town. But not the employee. They are all corrupt. Between the judges and the police.

Do not give them your money. I used pat loftin and he did a TERRIBLE job if you could even call it doing a job. He Barely represented me. Only showed up to one court date. Couldn’t come to second one because he had to be in court elsewhere. Then when I called him to find out what the deal was with my legal situation he told me he did not represent me anymore even though my case is still ongoing. Absolute worst experience with an attorney. Would not recommend to ANYONE. You would be wasting your money and then looking for a new attorney
