Leslie and staff were fantastic! They kept me updated constantly, were very supportive during my 2+ year ordeal! Would definitely recommend!

Leslie Cohn and his office personnel went above and beyond for us! We went to Mr. Cohn to get legal guardianship for my step daughter. He met with us and discussed every detail and answered any questions we had. He got everything done in a timely manner, and he has even helped us after everything was settled. I cannot speak highly enough of this office! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!

Great Customer Service. Just loves Brittany & Ashley and the entire staff. Some of their clients are unreasonable and impossible to please - I could not do the job these ladies do dealing with impossible clients.
Terrible customer service in this office. I was treated so terrible and put off and then when I called again to verify my appointment I took she said No you are wrong and I know we didn’t book you because we don’t have anything until a month from today. It had already been weeks. They wasted my time and are really lacking any type of manners or phone etiquette. They argued with me and hung up on me. They traded off the phone like it was a game. The older lady was originally the one I spoke with 3 times and she acted like handing the phone off to the younger one was ok and the younger one took no accountability and acted like I needed to explain myself about my original appointment and then hung up on me. It was so crazy. You’d think spending a large sum on a legal matter would be accommodating and polite at least. It’s bad enough already having a problem but when the secretary treats you with a lack of respect and won’t take you serious it really makes you upset. I hope this lawyer knows his staff is ridiculous. Hands down the worst customer service experience of my entire life! No overexageration. I’m a female business owner and I know the importance of minding your tone of voice and to treat everyone with respect no matter what and these ladies have zero respect for their job. No manners no etiquitte what so ever. It’s like they didn’t want my business and told me no 3 times then wouldn’t fix the problem. I’m a member of legal shield and this is who my law firm referred me to. Unreal.
