I started my disability claim in NC right about the same time as when I got laid off from my job of over thirty years. I decided at that time that I could be patient and forego using an attorney and save myself some money. Well, four months later, my wife and I decided to move back to Thomaston at which time I checked on the status of my disability claim and I was shocked to hear that they had NOT done anything with it. So, I decided this time to get a lawyer and I approached Windy at the English Law Group. She stayed on my claim like a bulldog. I’m writing this review on behalf of the misleading review given by Brittany Woods aka Brittany Powell aka Blue Galore. I feel the need to write this review to help people realize the review is meant to discharacter the reputation of an individual and firm on false statements. My family has dealt with this firm on several occasions and have had nothing but great representation without any problems. We are repeat customers and will remain using them and we are kin to the reviewer making false statements and feel the review is being used in a malicious attack against Mr English. Mrs Woods was told her son had to be present in criminal court and the case would not be continued. They were well aware of the court date ahead of time but failed to appear because of lack of good judgement and responsibility on her and her grown sons part because they chose to take a vaca of some sort on the court date she knew he had. There is no misrepresenting by the firm it’s a lack of parental judgement that has opened another can of worms for the son. With this being said anyone reading this review and review below given by Woods/Powell please use caution as all of the facts are not fully stated and her review is meant for malicious intent by her because she now has another problem she created on her own. The firm is a well respected firm and Mr English can only do so much for people like this who think they are above the law and the world resolves around them. Court is court and the judge had a job to do. Be responsible or get locked up. Better yet stay out of trouble and you won’t have this problem.

By far the worst law firm i have ever had to work with, Staff is rude , attorney who represented my child failed to do so which resulted in a bench warrant and we was not notified ,, after we fired him they began to make phone calls to other professionals in whom we conduct business ! Definitely would not reccommed!
