I feel this is a much needed Thank You letter for the office of Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson. I was referred to this firm by our family attorney, Shane Geeter of Milledgeville, Ga for my workers' compensation benefits.
Accidentfund Insurance Co. was handling my case and taking care of me at first. As time passed, they started to forget about me and my family after my first back surgery.

After my first meeting, late on a Friday afternoon, Thomas Herman, Ms. Barbara and Ms.Susan had put me back at the head of the line. Two business days later my phone was ringing off the hook from Ortho Ga, trying to schedule my 2nd much needed surgery. I had tried for two and a half months maybe three months to get this accomplished but nothing worked for me. I don't know how they did it.

I previously called about obtaining info. But the receptionist was short, rude, and acted like I was bothering her cellphone time. I was under the impression that law firms wanted customers. If their receptionist is the initial face of the company and reflects their customer service I wouldn't recommend calling this firm.
