It was a little hard to find, but Emily explained everything to me in terms I could understand

Not impressed with their service at all. Emily Kight handled our closing and spoke to us as if we were incompetent. Their level of knowledge is questionable. After closing, we were asked for our SS number which is not required from a cash buyer. Our original deed was sent via US mail and lost. When we inquired about the original deed, we were told that it "wasn't needed".... seriously!

Not sure why such an important document would be sent via standard mail or how a law firm could be so unresponsible.
