This was my first time using Mike Hostilo, I had some concerns that I wasn't happy with. I met with Ricky Willis (the Rapper) he asked to give him a chance to fix any issues that I had. I allowed him & his team to correct the problem, he was truly a Man of his Word. I appreciate his efforts, I'd also like to thank Joel Callaway & most of Mike Hostilo for having such a Great Team of people working for him.

I have never seen so much professional attention and thoroughness and kindness in not just one person but everyone that works for this Attorneys office or any office that carries the name who is connected to Mike Hostilo. When they say they will call, they do just that. They are always prompt and I just love their spirit. You can tell Great Leadership because the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. My mind is just blown. Even under my circumstances, I feel blessed because anything less than would be unacceptable. This is what Excellency looks like. Again, I'm blown away. People can say what they want, I'm here to tell you, Mike Hostile and his Staff is the best. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Tiffany Norman and Jerred Wilson were terrible. I had to call them to find what was going on and sometimes they didn't return my call. I will never used them again and advise others to not use them.

These people are so unorganized.i will never go here again .this is by far the worst place .my accident happened in jul its about to be Christmas. Ive been getting a run around sounds to me like they dont have a clue what they are doing .no affense to mrs.joan she is great as well as jared wilson .the rest of the sucks .tiffany acts as if she always has a attitude .and a of this happened because i wasnt at fault during the wreck ! Wasnt even driving

I was involved in an accident in June 2019 which totalled my car and fracture my neck and back, I contacted Mike Hostilo's office and at first they were very helpful and informative, but as time went on they stopped keeping me informed, I then received a letter from the insurance company stating they had issued a settlement check and it took more than a week after for me to receive the little bit of money that was left, Jerred told me that he was also asking my insurance company for a settlement since my bills were more than the first settlement, well after a couple of weeks I tried to go into the portal to try to find out what was going on and was unable to because my case was closed.. I then contacted the office and I have called and left messages for him to call me at least 6 times and I still haven't heard anything from anyone there.. I feel like this is so unprofessional and feel like I didn't get what I should have gotten since I received injuries that will affect me for the rest of my life.. I barely got enough money to replace my car and for almost 4 months I didn't even have a car and was having to depend on family and friends to get me back and forth to work.. I would really like to know what happened with the other demand.. I felt like the whole time I was being lied to, Jerred would tell me one thing and then Tiffany would turn around and tell me something different.. my experience with this firm wasn't the same as all these reviews, I don't believe all of these people had such a positive experience considering how bad mine was..

The Hostilo firm are all very sweet understanding caring people who take time for you personally .they kept me up to date oñ every step of my case and I'd recommend them to any and everyone . If you need a hand then Mike's your man .Ms.Laurie,Tiffany and Brian are AMAZING and I LOVE Mike Hostilos law firm ! I'll never go anywhere else for my legal needs!!!!!
