Never return emails or phone calls weeks and months go by with no contact from her. Very unprofessional. She doesn’t care about her clients.

This lawyer will not return your phone calls or emails. Once during our case her phone number was disconnected. Also, we never met with her except to give her money. We never even had one meeting about our stragety or what to exoect. Nothing. We paid her on the fifth of the month to file our case in Superior Court and she was suppose to do it the next day. Two weeks later I called the courthouse, because I could not reach her, and they told me nothing had been filed. When I confronted her and asked where the money is she filed it that day and told me it had been filed the week before. She did not know I had called the courthouse already and they told me nothing was in the system Also...we finally had a ruling in our Juvenile Case two and a half weeks ago and not heard a word from her nor have we even seen the final order. How is that even possible. Most people call their clients and at least tell them what happened and not having to find out from the police. She never knew any information about our case. Names birthdays...NOTHING. We would only hear from her when we wanted to meet and give her money. If anyone that reads this knows how to file to get our money back for bad council or ineffective counsel. Worst attorney EVER. I would go son far as to say just represent yourself if Keri Thompson.

Wish I could give her negative stars. Worst lawyer ever. Please no one waste your hard earned money on this woman biggest mistake you'll ever make
