She did my friend Silvestre wrong with his child custody case she was guardian ad litem in his case and went off allegations from the baby mother, I actually work for dss and I know that Silvestre is a very good father to his kids and his son who lives with him loves his daddy, its just non sense how she would follow up the mother on her allegations to want to keep him out of his daughter's life, you mean to tell me he's capable of raising his son but not his other child that is so bogus, I believe in treating people fairly and equal, but her poor judgement is just not right. I wouldn't recommend someone like that who doesn't take the time to go through the whole case to see what it really is because this woman clearly is spiteful towards him for him cheating but that should never be a reason for her Amanda L. to agree to keep him away from his daughter without going through everything

Amanda was so unfair in my case how can you judge someone off what people alleged of you with no supporting facts police reports or anything I have a 2 year old son that lives with me and I raise but she thinks im not fit father my uncle is a judge in richland county and he told me a black man never wins in court no matter how right or good I am they will find a reason to make you look bad I live in nice clean big home no criminal record except for driving offense but yet she made me out to look bad I dont reccommend her to anyone all they will do is take your money and thats it you get no justice out of it dorchester county is unfair and so is she I filed for joint custody trying to be father in my childs life but yet got treated like I was enemy I'm better off giving up my rights like they all want me to do I pay child support and still cant see my daughter also put my self on that also dirty dirty world we live in or maybe its just South carolina smh good luck

One never wants to be in a situation where you need to hire an attorney, but sadly that day came when my wife left and took our children and moved to Greenville. This was long battle that endured through three different counties and not one time did I feel Amanda and the Leviner Law Firm did not give me and my children 100%. When a stumbling blocks would appear, they were diligent in researching and finding a way through. When we walked out of court after the last hearing, we rejoiced in knowing God ordained this journey with Amanda, Rachel and the staff at Leviner Law Firm and we are forever grateful. I am rating Mrs.Amanda Leviner based on her poor judgement in her legal conclusion of a custody battle. There was outstanding evidence (include drugs) towards the father of the child, showing that he was a clearly unfit father! It was rumored money and the history of their mutual friends was the result of this matter. Anyone to keep a fit, loving mother from their child should feel more than guilty for a long period of time!

I have a family member that’s had her involved and was wrongfully judged. My family member went through an abusive marriage and chose to let her son be with the father at the time she wasn’t working didn’t have a home to go to and was in her sons best interest to leave him with his father at the time she was mentally and physically struggling. She is a courageous woman today who has came a long way and Leviner wrongfully judged whom she is . Blows my mind how you can investigate one one visit at each parents homes and that be it. Her sons father is good friends with the bailiff at the time of hearing and all masons. It’s in who’s all in a group and who knows one another. Saddening

I was Mis judged off things that was told about me that wasn’t true. She went off what was said and not the truth.looks like all the reviews are only by people who know her and not of her service. I paid a lot of money to take an ex husband back to court who does drugs he was ordered to do a hair follicle and got out of it somehow. Let’s see some reviews of her actual work and not just people who have known her since high school. I do not recommend her as a guardian at litem. She goes off here say when she also wrote in her report my ex husband is still abusive to his girlfriend. She also wrote in her report for me to only see my son in ex husbands presence. If I was such a bad mother why does he still let my son come to my home every weekend. Probably becauSe he still enjoys his weekends off to party. She doesn’t investigate well on this behalf.
