Moselle Leland and her firm really helped one my clients who needed assistance with getting social security disability. My client was unable to work for years and has tried another disability firm that was unable to help him. After ten months, my client's request for disability was approved. It charged his life and I'm grateful I referred him to Ms Leland's firm. Thank you Moselle for helping my client In his time of need!

For years I have referred workers' compensation clients to The Law Offices of Judith S. Leland for handling of their Social Security disability claims and appeals. Ms. Leland has earned high credibility with Social Security Administrative Law Judges and has a wealth of practical experience in the area coupled with stellar legal and academic credentials. I recommend her services highly.

Very rude and Pat acted as if I was bothering her with the questions I had in regards to disability questions. Bad aura.

I filed for SSDI in Jul 2012. It was denied, I appealed, and denied again. I have numerous mental and physical health issues specifically failed cervical and lumbar spinal fusions.

I received a letter from Social Security in June 2015 that they had found a document that was originally lost. And, I was illegible for refilling and hearing.

I called a family friend who's an attorney and asked if he could recommend a disability attorney and said Judith Leland in Whittier.

They set met up with a free consultation with Carla Green. She became prepared and was very sharp, professional and honest. She easily grasped my list of health issues. And, said shed definitely take my case!

We had our hearing finally in May 2019. She had an excellent repore with the assigned judge. There were literally 500 pages of documents. She flagged the highlights for the judge and firmly discussed my case. And WON for me!

I can't thank the entire office enough as I realize pulling all that together chronologically must have been time consuming. Vanessa answered all my questions swiftly.

Worth every cent for representation.

Hire them if you want an honest attorney who fights with professionalism and respect.

Basically helped ruin my life. I hired them for an SSI case and the lawyer assigned to me just completely and obviously lost me the case due to incompetence. The way SSI works is there are categories of impairment rated 1-4 based on severity, 4 being the most seriously impaired. To be approved you need 2 categories to be rated a 3 or 1 category rated a 4. I had 1 rated a 3, 2 rated a 2 and 1 rated a 1.

The problem is the category for ability to interact with people is where I got a 2 despite that being my worst impairment BY FAR. That is the one thing that has made my life a joke for over half of my life, and the lawyer barely even focused on that aspect. He kept going on about common depression symptoms, leading me to believe he barely even familiarized himself with my case.

If that was rated a 3 and the others weren't, I wouldn't have left this bad review, but since the impairment that was beyond obviously the worst was rated as moderate, that is just unbelievable. Me and my mom lost our house and now contemplate suicide every day. It's not an exaggeration to say they helped destroy my already pitiful life.

Edit: I forgot to mention, when my initial hearing appeal was denied I just got a letter saying they were dropping me with no warning. They never said they didn't deal with cases on the final appeal until I was at that stage and desperate. Truly cold hearted.

The site used to say that they helped with all parts of the adjudication process. I was told they couldn't help me to file my initial application only the appeals process. I told them they should change the site to be reflective of their actual intent (it appears they did). I feel this firm is very misleading and should not be trusted. A Former judge should know better than to treat prospective clients in such a manner.

It's taken some time as we pass just over 2 years but I am at the hearing level. I pray to hear my claim is approved. It's been very difficult financially and emotionally, but I couldnt envision doing this alone. I'm blessed to have a friend who told me about Leland Law and that after meeting with my attorney, Moselle, and review of my claim they took my case. May the Lord watch over all involved and win or lose, I know Leland cares and is a bright angel in the darkness.

Social Security denied my disability application twice before I came across Atty. Judith Leland.

They are very professional, detail-oriented and knowledgeable about the social security system---which helped me win my case.

First, I met one of their attorneys and we went over my case and documents. After reviewing my case---and knowing I have a chance to win my case---they decided to represent me in my case.

It took almost 2 years before we reached the hearing stage before an SSA judge and we won my case and got my application approved.

Yes, I highly recommend Atty. Judith Leland.
