I called Ace Messenger service to see if they could accommodate a delivery request for a client gift with special circumstances. I was placed on hold while the woman who answered the phone checked to make sure it could be accommodated and delivered any day this week. She confirmed with me the delivery could be made any day this week at my request. I then placed the gift order and called Ace back to schedule delivery at which point they told me they are unable to provide the service that I had just been assured would not be a problem without providing an explanation in the discrepancy of information or a reason for not being able to provide the service. The experience was both frustrating and confusing. Highly unreliable and unprofessional service. Buyer beware.
