I had my first consultation with Attorney Jeanny Tsoi yesterday and my experience was not satisfactory. The only good thing about her was that she was accommodating even though I was late for my appointment by 10 mins, however her response was too rushed and she did not seem well-informed. I had done my research about my case before going in but needed clarification and legal advice on a particular question, but apparently I knew more than her. She was just interested in selling her services and did not want to advice me on anything else. I understand that the free consultation needs to be comprehensive, but if not handled patiently, how would I hire you! You were the face of your firm and I think you just lost a potential client.
