Our Attorney Jeffrey Ogorek Esq. and his team was great it was a pleasure working with him and his team Lina and Laura they were wonderful this firm is very professional they resolved our problem with a Realestate contractor case. We were being sued for $83,000 for a non payment. Of course this was not true. I had all the invoices paid in full. But the other party was being dishonest including his attorney that was representing him they made our lives a living hell with threatening phone calls at home drive by's on our street.

We learned an important lesson always check the contractors lic# and look it up before hiring, never pay cash pay with your personal check or credit card or don't hire that contractor to do the job.

The retainer here at CLLC was fair the fees were fair they worked hard on our case against the other party. Our attorney explained everything up front at our first appointment. They do accept credit cards which is very helpful. They were patient and trustworthy which we appreciate.

The office provided us with emails of copies of letters etc. including a check of remaining funds that was not used during the retainer was refunded to us.

And the flat rate price for further legal work was FANTASTIC, enabling me to make smart decisions in dealing with a most difficult and complex real estate investment wherein a buyer of the property from us had fraudulently conducted an unlawful sale of the property to unwitting people who paid him $15K and occupied the premises without our knowledge for 4 years by making payments to us out of money he was further collecting from the occupants. I called Consumer Litigation Law Center regarding my rental, the landlord was retaliating against me. My apartment was uninhabitable, the landlord didn’t want to fix anything, and then tried to evict me. The attorneys at Consumer Litigation Law Center was able to get things resolved, and forced the landlord to fix the issues at my apartment, and they were able to negotiate time for me. If you are having problems with your landlord call this firm, I recommend them to anyone!

I would like to review my experience with CLLC. I was sick for about 9 months and could not work. Because of this, I got into a problem with my commercial shop and got behind on my rent. I had my shop for 23 years and ended up with a lot of equipment inside of it. My landlord was ready to evict me in 3 days. I tried calling Legal Aid, I left my phone number with a representative, but I never got a call back. I called around and got attorneys that only help with residential evictions. Finally, someone referred me to CLLC after hours of calling around, thank God. When I called CLLC I talked to Lina and she explained everything I need to do to get my problem under control. Five hours later I was in their office where I met Lina and the attorney Rex Phillips. Most people, including me are suspicious of lawyers. However, Rex is by far the best, nicest, hands on lawyer I have ever known. He called Richard Seide, the attorney for the landlord, he was able to remove me out of default, and was able to stop the eviction! Rex also negotiated a payment plan with the landlord's attorney, gave me 5 weeks of time to remove my equipments and tools from the shop. Without Mr. Phillips I could have lost everything! I contacted September Katje about 7 months ago. As soon as I called, her assistant picked up the phone and I was able to meet with September that same day a couple hours of later. I needed help with a breach of contract. A former deadbeat business partner owed me money and September was able to successfully sue him and lo and behold, I was able to recover all my money. Didn't think she could make it happen so quickly! Fortunately, we did not need to proceed to trial but i'm sure September would have kicked butt if it did go that far.
