Failure to respond to numerous phone calls and public appearances to the office over a 5 month period. Indifference from Ms. Thompson and also the Director, Mr. Snow. Failure to honor contract has led me to secure help elsewhere leaving me with a $495 financial loss. Do NOT patronize this business.
