There are only two relevant insurance policies in effect that have coverage over the losses sustained by Mr. Liepe in the car crash of October 6, 2017.

Mr. Liepe’s Auto UM/UIM coverage of $300,000/$300,000/$100,000 and his Umbrella coverage of $1,000,000.

As mentioned in the beginning of this demand, Mr. Liepe is currently only making a demand under the Auto UM/UIM policy. After Mr. Liepe’s receives further treatment and care, he will then issue a supplemental demand under the Umbrella policy.

Lacked experience with umbrella policy in relations to no fault uninsured car accident. In addition, did not address each and every lien holder as provided on the intake sheet as well as conveyed several times. This error/oversight caused me to have to deal with creditors/lien holder directly. Would explore your options and consider other practices before signing anything.

Update: Mr. Fhima will be report to the California State Bar for ethical violations, misrepresentation and other infractions Including those related to the solicitation of potential clients etc.

Further, a lawsuit will be brought against Mr. Fhima and his associates in due time for fraud, misrepresentation, and legal malpractice etc.

I’ll make it simple, it was very difficult dealing with attorney Fhima. I felt he was lying to me on a few occasions and when I spoke with a few people and confirmed he was,I wrote a 1 star review. Then he said he did not want to represent me anymore, and he would just lose his time and money spent on my case. I was fine with that.He made it clear he was just going to chalk it up as a loss and I was to find a new attorney. He claimed he would be losing money not getting paid from me or the company I was suing.
After finding a new attorney to represent me, the new attorney informed me I needed to have Mr. Fhima sign a letter saying he was not looking for compensation from me,the company I was suing for the lemon law, or the new lawyer representing me. Once I presented him with that letter he all of a sudden wanted to work with me again and was able to resolve my case within a couple of days. I was informed by someone else that he had filed a claim against the company that I was suing and he was looked to get paid. (Even though he said he was not)

I stumbled on to this law firm when I was doing a search for a Lemon Law Attorney. I had been working with the manufacturer and my local dealer for months trying to get them to take the car back due to safety issues, but they didn't feel that my claim was valid. So I decided to go a different route and hire an attorney.
I sent my claim information out to 6 firms. I received answers back from 5 firms telling me I had a good case. All firms except Neale & Fhima reached back to me by email. Aaron from Neale & Fhima called me to discussed my case. Aaron told me that he was very confident that I had a great Lemon Law case and he explained the whole process in detail. I told him I wanted to do my due diligence and check out other firms. He said no problem and I told him I would get back to him.

My mom and dad have been having a lot of difficulties with their brand new truck. But luckily we got in touch with the law firm and helped us out with Lemon's law tremendously. They are great with their services, they really know what they are doing and they are very professional. Look elsewhere for representation. I personally have direct evidence on how this firm “attacks”, requests or however you want to say honest negative reviews of their services. An example of this is evident on a site called Avvo as well as Yelp. (Have screen captures)

Since this is occurring, and you can’t trust the reviews, one should really consider and evaluate if said firm fits you needs. Seemed like in my case Mr. Fhima, after erroring about umbrella policy transferred our case to partner. His partner actually made my wife feel uncomfortable. She felt discriminated against because she was Korean and partner continued to attempt to have me pass messagess onto her or explain certain things despite that she was client. That’s was not my job. Firm was paid roughly 100k, which they took money from both spouse and I. It just felt and seemed like they weren’t equipped to deal with individuals who are different. She really didn’t feel comfortable, whereas she honest felt a “discriminatory” undertone from all members of firm. There firm should have hired translator as again it wasn’t my job to translate docs. (They were paid 100k for clear cut case, yet erred on reading simple umbrella policy when everyone said it didn’t apply. We were actually embarrassed by Mr. Fhima actions, it reckless, and uncalled for)

Additionally I cation anyone leaving a review. If they dislike it they may file a frivolous slapp suit or hire an investigator to harass you. My buddy is “borderline”, being harassed by their hired investigator( see review by Dave), because he said “wow thanks for the update.

I maintain that in CA there are so many law firms. Any lawyer can handle lemon law case or personal injury case. Attorney only take those cases if it’s a clear cut case, so don’t be fooled. Do your homework and talk to several attorneys. Ask yourself this question “do you want an attorney who surpresses your constitutional right to free speech”? No! (Emphasis added).
