I’ve been trying to avoid leaving my experience as a review. But I need to be honest to help others when making such an important choice. I hired Kathleen because of her good reviews. However, I had the opposite experience. She’s extremely emotional and unprofessional. She yelled at me in front of the judge for asking her a question. She continued to yell at me outside the courtroom in front of my ex. She’s cried multiple times..... She never filed any of the evidence I sent her. Once I let her go, I went and filed everything I asked her to and was awarded everything I asked from the judge. A friend of mine went in for her two hour consultation And came out in tears.

I called to get an appointment for a consultation for my separation and I was blown away when after 2 rings the lawyer herself ansewered the phone. She gave me a free consultation over the phone on the spot. She discussed all my options, ansewered my questions and gave me some good sound advise all over the phone. She was straight forward, patient and had a genuine concern for my well-being and I hadn't even paid a retainer fee! Although it would have been easy to take my case and my money she encouraged me to work something out with my husband which I did and saved us both a lot of cash! I will be retaining her as my lawyer when the time comes and would recommend anyone looking for a not only reasonable family attorney but one that cares call the Hennessy Law Group in Hemet first!

We have hired Kathleen twice now. It was a no brainer the 2nd go round because we KNEW she would deliver. We have been 1000% satisfied with her services. Wow . She is amazing. I was fighting a battle that I should not have been fighting. I felt defeated until I spoke to her and she showed me that the battle was not mines but the Lords. I cannot say enough great things about this women! She is amazing, has been working with me over the past year to handle a really rough divorce and custody battle. Now at the tail end of the divorce and I am so thankful for all she has done. She is straight forward, to the point and will do what is best by you as her client. From walking me through techniques to help me cope with court anxiety, to helping me stand up for myself for what was right for my children and I. The very FEW post I see about her being "Rude and Unprofessional" are, in my opinion, total BOLOGNA and are probably due to the fact the client did not hear what they wanted to hear. She cares about her clients and it is not all about the money to her. My ex was ordered to pay attorney fees to Kathleen as well as back child support directly to myself and Kathleen asked the judge to reverse the amount to where I would be paid more of my back child support monthly and she took the lesser monthly payment he was ordered to pay for attorney costs. She put my kids and I needs above her own and for that, she will always have a special place in my heart. If I could give her a million stars, I would. In my opinion, you would be smart to retain her as your lawyer. :)

I don't even know where to begin. I was in a long term marriage that was very toxic, but stuck it out for my kids. I knew I was in for the fight of my life when I filed for divorce.
