I hired Mr. Hatcher to handle my civil case regarding the ownership in my property. The case was basically a nasty divorce that should have been a family law case ,but because we weren’t married it was considered civil . I had added my ex to the title of my house , and he decided he was entitled to half of the equity in the property . Was a client of theirs about a year ago and all they did was take my money. The attorney I had be assigned "Beatrice" had left the office without notifying me and I didnt find out for almost 2 months. When I noticed she'd left that business I was assigned another attorney "cornell" that would never respond to my emails and messages and also wanted to charge me $700 more on top of the $1500 I had already paid for the first attorney I had been given. After agreeing to pay $700 in payments because I could not afford it, the did my debtors exam wrong and sent it to the wrong location with the wrong name and would not refund me my money because they had "already done the work". Very unprofessional and only want your money.

Stay far far away from Mr. Hatcher! He ended up making around 15gs on a simple child custody case. He has many hidden fees. Example: He will call me up to not even talk about the case and charge me for it....Like for real? On top of that he has 2 complaints pending with the bar board. Just save your self the headache and find any other attorney!

I’m the type of person that would never miss a payment. I have been dealing with these people for the past three years trying to make on-time payments and every time I try to call they have been ducking or dodging and not trying to help me make this payment. Mr. Hatcher was hired by my ex-wife to respond my 2 month marriage, “dissolution" Mr. Hatcher filed misleading statements, about common assets, children, requesting spousal support, attorney fees, all with no bases or proof. Failed to provide us with respondent discovery file. We had 2 court hearings and some how they got along with my attorney, against my will both attorneys requested to go "off record chamber hearing" with judge. I was in a living hell for 4 months ex wife called PD 2 times making false accusations. My Divorce got so complicated for no reason, 2 month marriage, no kids, no commun assets.
