I was referred to this law office by another attorney. I called and was transferred to the secretary she was extremely rude did not listen to anything I had to say I then asked her if she was listening to anything I was saying she replied with a rude remark .I then asked her if there was someone else there that I could speak to and she hung up on me. I called back 3 times and she kept hanging up on me .I finally got through and I asked why she kept hanging up on me and she said they could not help me and to go somewhere else. I told her she has not even heard the details of my case and she hung up very disappointed .with that said I did contact another attorney and they were very helpful and settled my case in a timely manner and great compensation.

I called Dr. BRUCE Fagel office and a lady answered and said one minute. 15 minutes later I hung up called back and she answered again i quickly ask for her name she said, Heidi. Ok HEIDI i ask if I could speak with some one about my case, she said whats your number i gave it and she said a reviewer would call me, I ask if it would be this week HEIDI replied yes and wanted to hang up. For the love of God HEIDI do you care to even ask my name, she replied oh yea "WHY NOT". Really his reviews and background is great his staff sucks rude stupid and flipped for sure. I called back not using their 800 number hoping to speak with someone that has a brain but guess what readers HEIDI answerddd again, oh boy. I never got a chance to tell her my case was about a heart surgery done on the wrong patient. Me... this girl is the Companies front image , does anyone have another number to avoid HEIDI answering please i spent 7 days researching a atty, HEIDI was my first attempt..

Don't waste your time! After doing some research Dr. Fagel looked pretty professional on his website...but that's where the 'professionalism' ended! I filled out their mini questionnaire on their website and didn't get a response till 2 days later. When I responded to the email with a few questions I had I NEVER got a response. That should've been a red flag that they didn't care too much to help me. Now, giving them the benefit of the doubt 4 days later I decided to call them and get some info about my potential case. The girl who answered the phone didn't even let me finish my reason for calling and cut me off mid sentence to put me on hold for 10 minutes. With no warning I was transferred to someone else who answered the phone with an annoyed "YES??" she didn't state her name or ask for any of my contact info. After explaining a bit of my situation I again got cut off mid sentence by the very annoyed women she exclaimed that she was going to talk to Dr Fagel. Less the 15 seconds later she came back to the phone and said Dr. Fagel said he was way too busy with his other cases to help me!
So I suggest if you are looking for someone to represent you and actually care about you you need to look else where! If someone doesn't have the compassion to hear you out over the phone then I'm sure your whole experience will be the same!
