This company is a rip off. They don't give you detailed information on what is necessary during the process. If you don't know anything about bankruptcy you will lose everything dealing with them. What they do for you, you can go to a paralegal and have done for less. Don't waste your money. Once you pay them you can't turn back, because you only get the court filing fees back. When you inform them of changes in your financial situation they don't care. They don't give you the best advice for your situation. They kept saying "You originally came to us for a chapter 13" That's what you recommended based on my financial situation. When my financial situation changed they continued to make that same statement any time I asked a question. Its a money making scam. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY GROUP! Talk to someone who has had a positive experience with an caring attorney group. They are rude after they get your money. They are unsure and appear incompetent. I'm stuck now. Just praying praying that I get something from this before I lose everything.

Do not go here bad business. Went in everything seemed good filled out some paperwork, and was asked to leave some money. I refused leave money but ended up leaving them 100 dollars. They were to contact me back. Two weeks went by never got a call back had to email them and call them a bunch of times to see if they had pulled my credit, and see if everything was ready. I had the remaining ammount but they wanted me to pay and would not see me in person. Finally someone would do things in person but I needed to go to los angeles.. Why have an office in San Bernardino of you are going to send clients to LA I want to do local business not drive an hour and half and theybsure failed tk mention that they are not local that they are based out in los angeles. Any who they gave me the run around the original guy I saw I never saw again. A lot of running around scammers seems like. So I kissed those 100 good bye but sure glad it was not my full 1300. Bad bad businesss do not go here d not go here.

Called and made an appointment in Riverside for a Saturday morning. Showed up for the appointment with my baby and two kids after the sitter fell through, only to find out they never actually scheduled my appointment and could only see me in LA! Such a disappointment since we have a deadline and my husband is constantly working and going to school so its hard to make appointments as it is!
