I love this office everyone are professional and they helped me out alot with my case, I appreciate the service they provided for low income families, The red hair lady who guided me thru information on how to file my divorce was very helpful, I forgot to asked her whats her name but she was very helpful Im thankful for the service you provided to single mothers who don’t know any rights in cases like mine. again if there were 10stars I would’ve rated 10stars. This office is weird, so last week they called me to pick up my divorce and paperworks I tried to get two months bk n do a donations, seems to me my donations isn’t good enough, then I showed up on tuesday this week n they were closed says open thursday the jan 16th 2020, so now im here a lady came out of the office and I try opening the door to go in is locked! wow I tried knocking there’s no notice in the window about closing soon, and a client who came out says there were ppl inside she just came out wow! what a treatment.

These people are sweet and helpful. Hopefully the case will go my way!

horrible experience . Let me just start out as we did everything we were instructed by staff to show up before 8:00 am which we did all the doors were locked but workers and clients were constantly going in and out then it states that they open at 9 and still nothing then a male employee came out and said he tells everybody that and to come back at 1:00 pm. as we did we got coffee came back at 11:00 to wait til 1 and then another worker comes back and says we missed the overall workshop for our certain issue and when we told her we were here before 8 she explains her co worker “dosent know anything “ . horrible communication and lack of clarity on what actually they can assist . cultural compentency could be touched on as for the supervisor Karina Escobar i hope to hear back from you. pretty sad an agency for the people and it’s own workers have attitude and show signs of being burnt out .

Almost made me late to respond to my custody case and they didn't give me all my paperwork and had to go back. They misspelled my name and my daughters name and had to redo all the papers. The workers were very nice though.

Went back in November 2019 to get my custody papers redone as both me and the resource center at the court house as they noted that my paperwork they did before was incorrectly done and as they handed it to me to see I noted they disregarded everything I said about my ex not being the father and wouldn't fix it, saying that they couldn't help me but redid the paperwork. I've been waiting for that paperwork for 3 months now and when I call nobody ever answers the phone's

We have had to use their services for two items. One was a custody filing and the other expungement. The Custody paperwork was looked over and made us feel at ease when we filed everything. The expungement, which is a stressful situation in itself, was taken care of fully. We had hired another attorney who told us this would not be possible and that it would NEVER even be considered. After carefully gathering everything and submitting documents Legal Aid completed in 4 months what our attorney said would never happen over the last 3 years. We are EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to the staff for the excellent communication and all of their help in getting it dismissed. We are finally over all these obstacles thanks to their office and staff!

I went in a little over a month ago to get assistance filing for divorce. The staff is amazing and the wait is not as long as you would think. My problem is, they never called me back. The young lady that helped me said it would take about 2 weeks for my paperwork to be complete and she would call me when they’re ready to be picked up. I’m still waiting for that call. I’ve called their office several times and I can’t get past the automated recording. At this point, I don’t know what to do.

These guys are so helpful. I dont know where I would be without their help. Bear in mind they get a huge volume of cases, so it does take a long time to get things done. But it will get done, it will be affordable, and it will get you through whatever you are dealing with.

THEY ONLY GIVE HALF ASSED ADVICE WICH YOU CAN GET OFF GOOGLE THEY WONT REPRESENT YOU IN COURT. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME
