Their e-filing services are very good. Their customer service is very helpful to solve any problems that come up with the filings.

I used their online website for service. I live near the house where the party is to be served. There are like 4 roomates there and the house is always busy with many different people there. They are supposed to serve every 3 days. They do not. It is more like every 7 days. They kept asking me to UPGRADE and pay more money. They skip weekends (when people are home from work) and claim there is nobody at the residence. This is a scam. I can clearly see there are people there ALL THE TIME!!! SCAM, BEWARE, SCAM!!!!
