Attorney quoted $1300 for a complete Living Trust with Pour Over Will, Power of Attorney for Finance and Health, and Advance Health Care Directive. We the People did it for $628. I am filing my own Grant Deed with the County Recorder's Office.

I have been to “we the people” before so I suggested my parents go to Rancho location for any legal stuff. So they needed to have docs notarized unfortunately they came across a very rude woman who says she’s the owner. She gave my father a hard time but finally notarized what we needed. We came back to use them again hoping there was someone else to help us unfortunately she was there again. She again gave my father a hard time repeatedly asking him his name knowing he’s a stroke victim and just recovering. She said she would not be able to help him and suggested he go somewhere else for notary. What a god awful woman who thinks that being a tyrant bc apparently she’s the owner can treat seniors like this. Avoid bad customer service and rude people go somewhere else.

THey dont keep track of your case. If you dont follow up with them they wont work on it. SO you can't sit back n relax with these people
