I arrived to Singlton-Smith firm at 4:30 for a scheduled time to pick up a file and their doors were locked. Knocking didn’t make a difference. The website shows regular business hours for the day. It is greatly disappointing to know they operate in this manner.
New post. It appears the owner has responded to my review. There was no mention of closure to me personally. A note to consumers. This office uses the term “discount” when presenting billing information.. be cautious. Refer to the review where client shares how they drained his savings. If it is possible to give less than a 1 star I would of. Something isn’t right with their client communication relationship or practices. The attorney that was hired disappeared from their firm and there was no mention of it. Instead the day of hearing is when the opposing party informed the judge that they were notified of substitution. One can only hope that this firm will improve their practices and actually represent their clients.

This law firm was great after taking over from my prior lawyer. Returned calls quickly and kept me informed all the way. So glad I changed to them.

If you have money and lots of time to spend on your case this is the firm for you. After they depleted my savings I had to resort to representing myself. When I asked for assistance with a resolution proposal from the opposing attorney they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me they could or would not help me. I never felt they were fighting for me. Just taking my money with repeated request for deposits.

Once again, Singleton Smith to the rescue! I hired a local attorney, since I am now in the OC, and this attorney failed me. I called Singleton Smith Law office and retained them, as well, to review my paperwork and got more advice and recommendations then my original attorney. I think I spoke more to Ms. Singleton more then my OC Attorney.

I always appreciate how efficient, professional and friendly their law firm has been.

Lesson learned, even if their office is over an hour away, I will be calling their office from here on out.

WOW Just wow! We are in WY and had to find a CA Attorney for an emergency hearing, and Singleton Smith was a referral. All I can say is our experience has been wonderful.
