Leonard Sominsky is a liar and a crook. He took my uncles money and didn't explain what are the necessary procedures in filing for bankruptcy. When my uncle was talking to Leonard Sominsky in person he assured him that if he ever had any questions to not hesitate and call. But after a week or so went by he would ignore and not return my uncles phone calls and would throw him off to his assistant. He has not refunded my uncles money and its been over a year already i am definitely going to be calling the Bar association as well as the BBB. People must be aware of the crooks looking to take innocent peoples money and just ignore them and not do anything they promised. You definitely owe him a refund since you tried to charge him $1600 and he handed you 600$ and you never filed the bankruptcy he will contact you in the coming days and you will know who it is and DON'T FORGET TO REFUND HIS MONEY THAT YOU TOOK AND DIDN'T FILE FOR THE BANKRUPTCY.
