The attorney that was assigned to my husband's case was Zack and the experience with him was very disappointing. He was not very informative during the process.When my husband went in for his initial consultation he was told they would put a face to his name in court and Zack did not do so in my husband's case, it seemed as though Zack was intimidated by the prosecutor and judge. If MayesTelles PLLC responds to this review I know they will say "We are unable to locate any client matching this description" or something to that nature but we do have the receipt that shows we paid these people $4500.00 to just basically look over the police report and not even try to come to my husband's defense. Hopefully we will never need to retain a defense attorney again but if we do it definitely will not be MayesTelles.

Terrible experience, I went to this law farm to request assistance with some potential aligiatiaons against my self and i was told I was going. To see an attorney and all I saw was very unprofessional legal assistant, they used my lack of knowledge to scare me and forced me to retain their service stating that if I did not retain them at that moment and I was going to go to jail. I was so scared and crying at their office and I did pay what they asked me to pay. I felt bad and started doing some research and spoke with couple of more attorneys and they stated there was nothing wrong in my situation and advised me to cancel my business with Mayestellez and i did, when I requested an accounting and to cancel my business with this terrible law firm the accounting man told me that if I cancelled I was going to owe them more money than what I paid and told him how is that even possible if there was not even a case or anything going on then he got mad and kicked me out of the office. I waiting 3 weeks for an accounting and they kept 1k from the 3k the charged me at the beginning and only saw my attorney once and spoke with her 2 time over the phone and just simple questions no work was done no case or investigation ever existed and they still charged me this money. So please avoid this office because you do not want to go to a place where they use your own lack of knowledge to scare just to keep your money. Very unprofessional and very unethical. I went so see Adam Feldman and that was a total different story he did phone calmas for me and saw me twice and answer all my calls and never charged me a single penny.
