I never thought that I would be looking for a criminal defense lawyer. My son was charged with a crime. Now as serious as that sounds, being a juvenile these days is a lot different than when I grew up. If me or my friends would have done what my teen son did nothing would have happened. Now-a-days it appears the police (and for good reason) are too anxious to charge juvenile boys that are out thinking they are being funny. What they don't realize is that these youthful criminal charges even misdemeanor can severely alter the future of such a young man.

I was glad that I found a great lawyer to handle the juvenile charges of my son. It took several months but we eventually had both the misdemeanor charges dropped. We're glad that we trusted in the process of our attorney and his team. They were helpful from the beginning and always kept us up to date with where we were at in the confusing criminal justice process.

All the lawyers at the Phoenix location are great. I spoken with all them. They take the time to listen and not judge. They don't fit the stereotypical thought of what an attorney or law firm. They are super down to earth.

I did plenty of research in trying to find a lawyer that could not only help me in the best way but also wanted to find someone that cared and understood my situation. Mr. Hogle represented my uncle after he was charged with a crime. Mr. Hogle had an amazing personality and was so easy to talk to. He never spoke down or condescending to me or any of our family. We were originally working with a public defender and we had spent a lot of time working on getting a good plea. However, we weren't content with what we were being told by the public defender was a good deal. So we sought out Mr. Hogle and he was able to cut the plea deal in half from what the public defender was saying was the best deal possible. At the end of the case, we had a great result, we didn't ask but Mr. Hogle waived the rest of his legal fees.

I really didn't want to hire an attorney. The cost, the not knowing if they would do what you hope (because "We can't make any promises...") they will achieve for you, all of it is overwhelming. Having lived in Arizona my entire life I have never needed a law firm to represent me. Four years ago I suddenly had the need and I was upset that I was going to have to spend money on something that was no fault of my own. I began the process that those in my shoes are all to familiar with. I found it extremely hard to trust the many lawyers that I met with. It can be extremely hard to tell if someone is really interested in you/your case or your money. What I discovered is there are a few attorneys that are truly interested in helping you and not just taking your money. I had hired a law firm / attorney to quickly realize I had been fooled as to their real intentions towards me/my case. I don't think I would have been able to clearly see this contrast in lawyers had I not made the mistake of hiring the wrong attorney.

What I can tell those reading this is there are attorneys who care about you/your case more than your money. They are hard to find and in my personal experience the attorneys and staff at The Hogle Law Firm are as good as you will find anywhere in Phoenix.

I’ve thought how can this process be fair if you can hire a better attorney and get a better result? Believe me, IF you want a better outcome.. You need a better lawyer! Get a better lawyer. From having another attorney originally work on my case I can tell you that Dana, Thomas and Bob are the best lawyers I've seen and the best bang for the buck. There is a reason why when cops get in trouble they use these lawyers. After months my case as dismissed and I was vindicated.

My dui lawyer was the real deal and helped me so much. I was charged with a super-extreme dui at the end of last year. Leonard was able to plead down my charge to a reckless driving. I feel extremely blessed to have Leonard on my side in the court room and for all the work I am sure he put in without me knowing. I was able to keep my license and my job.
