I was convicted of a class 4 (AGG DUI) and sentenced to the presumptive term of 10 years under category 3. When I was returned to court after a successful PCR petition, the sentence was vacated and I was able to start all over again. Kyle answered all of my thoughts and concerns and didn't mind spending time with me to explain things I didn't understand. Thanks to him and by the Grace of God, I plead guilty on the same case and was sentenced to 2 years. He worked on my case tirelessly and just when I thought there was nothing we can do, Kyle thought of something else.
