I was referred to Jared by another attorney who spoke very highly of him. Jared and his staff were professional and attentive. Johanna kept me informed, e-mailing and calling to let me know what to expect along the process.

Ridiculous. Needed a lawyer for court and was quoted at $7500! Tried to scare and push their services onto me so i wouldnt go to jail. Ended up representing myself and won my case. That would have been a 4000% mark up for them, get real. Anyone asking for tons of money upfront without any solid information are scam artists.

Called in at 8:30 a.m. was told do I needed to speak with was not there yet. I was told I would get a phone call back before the morning was over. I’ve dealt with numerous attorneys over the past 21 years and I’ve never had any of them deliver on their promises in a timely matter, nor have they stuck to the fee agreement, until now. I received a speeding ticket while driving with my wife and daughter in the car. I was given this ticket at the very end of the month and for those of you who know, police departments do have quotas and they are required to meet them. Thank god I found Jeremy S. Geigle snd John K Dosdall at Jackson white law a few month ago. They were very professional, educated, helpful and trustworthy! They answered any and every question I had! Not impressed at all

Jackson White provided amazing support in helping me through my June traffic violation in Scottsdale. I had originally considered both trying to defend myself and working with a different law firm. After doing additional research and an initial meeting with the other law firm, I chose Jackson White.
They were able to provide sufficient mitigating information to reduce my violation from a criminal to a civil charge. This was, in my opinion, the best possible outcome. Throughout the process, I was provided with thorough updates and informed of any issues. Everyone I worked with was extremely thoughtful, understanding, and personable. In particular, Justin Whittenton was very patient and helpful. I also appreciated the calls from Wade Tanner prior to court appointments.

Working with Attorney Jared Everton was as easy and efficient. Living thousands of miles away made me nervous, but they were great and put my mind at ease.

I would not suggest hiring this firm if you are charged with a crime that has mandatory minimum sentencing. I hired this firm to represent me in my DUI case and got mandatory minimum sentence. I paid over $5,000 for lest than 1 hour of face time over a 5 month period, I could've got the same service with a Public Defender. I found Jackson White with a quick google search, read the reviews and thought they would be reputable firm, I was wrong. My initial interaction with the firm was with Adam, he contacted me 3 times to confirm that I was going to make it to my intake appointment. During that meeting I explained my whole situation, Adam made me feel comfortable with going with Jackson White so I paid the full $5000 fee right there, Adam wanted to get on the case as fast as possible to have the best chance to get be the best deal possible. I thought Adam was going to be my lawyer but he wasn't. About an hour or two later I receive a phone call from Ashlee introducing herself as my lawyer. I was confused about this but I already signed the contracts and paid the fee so I had to roll with it. My first court date was 2 weeks after I got arrested and when that date came up I was told the date had been moved to a month out. Again I confused because of the urgency Adam spoke on prior to me paying was switched to now we are waiting on the court. Throughout the whole case I never once appeared at court with Ashlee, which I take some responsibility but every time I asked if I should attend she would tell me that they file a motion, it would be real quick and my presence was not needed. Once the DA came with the deal I asked if they were working on a better deal and was told based on the information I provided them she would not feel comfortable trying to negotiate a better deal so I just paid $5000 for the same deal I would have got with a public defender. When it was finally time for me to take my deal, Ashlee did not show up, I do not remember the guy's name but I was someone from the firm that I never met before. Everyone's situation is different, don't read the highlights on their website. For every success they have there are 100s of situations like me and if you are looking for a lawyer I was suggest not going with any firm until you know exactly what you are being charged with. If you are fortunate enough to hire a private attorney do that, Jackson White goes through 100s of these cases a month and you'll just be another case.

Wade and the entire team were excellent every step of the way. When you have to put faith in the hands of an attorney, you can trust Wade Tanner to be responsive, knowledgeable, and focused on your entire situation. After meeting with several attorneys, Jackson White Law was by far the best and kept all their promises.

I submitted my information online so someone could get in contact with me about my case. They called me and I wasn’t able to pick up so I called back and the female that they have answering phones today has a terrible attitude. So then I explained again what the persons name was in hopes that she could understand and once again she responds with “I still don’t know who that is”.
