I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of service, professionalism, and kindness I received from Jan and her team. It was the worst time in my life and from the first time I walked in to Buescher Law Group for a consultation until my divorce was final, I knew there was someone who was going to look out for me and assure I would get a fair shake in the whole miserable process. Jan and her team are attentive, well educated, incredibly well-prepared for the expected and unexpected, and fought hard for me when the other lawyer started playing games (including claims the judge later agreed were false). I was always included in decisions and I was always listened to when I had millions of questions they probably hear every day. I was referred by a co-worker who spoke so highly of Jan and I don't believe the previous posting at all, there is no way that was a legitimate review based on the experience I had. I hope you never have to get divorced and put your children through it but if you do, Jan is the best.

I would not recommend this law firm. Several years ago I represented myself in family court, and went against Jan. She came to court disorganized, poorly represented her client, and lost her temper while in the judge's chamber. Her client and witnesses had not been properly prepped. Bottom line, her client suffered a significant loss, in court and financially.
