Major admin issues. Called and scheduled a 9am apt with Brown. Took off work, showed up to the office at 8:50...locked. Knocked on the door, no answer. Called the office (which according to their phone system opened at 8:30) no answer. Waited till 9:15, when in walks Brown who claims I’m not on his calendar, but says he will make time for me.
The meeting with Brown was productive, but he had several follow up items that were due by the end of the week...he did NONE of them. Not a call or email from him or his office since our meeting.
In an industry where deadlines and appointments are especially important...this level of performance is unacceptable. Brown and his office dropped the ball.
I highly recommend Brown and Associates. They worked very hard go get me to a resolution on the short sale of a home. I could not have got it done without them and I tried twice before hiring this organization. They are truly worth their weight in gold. Thank you for helping me be free!

I set an appointment to break a lease with a lawyer. David Brown red the document, pointed out that it said there's a buy out clause and that was it. Proceeded to ridicule me for not being more responsible and able to figure it out myself and asked why I wasted his time. He completely lacked empathy and acted like I was an inconvenience to his day. Never use this man.
