I'm happy to make a post for Maxx! I had never had to be in a bond office until a family member landed in jail a few years ago and we needed help. Joni walked me through the process and within a few minutes everything was done. They let me set up payments (which was awesome) to pay the bond out. As I swam upward towards consciousness I sensed the dreanded vertical shadows on my face that could only mean, Jail. Listening to the sporadic conversation around me about everything imaginable, I singled out one kindly voice patiently expalining to someone else how to use the phone system and contact a local bondsman. Brenda Green Bail Bonds. That was the name I heard more than once. As soon as I could focus, I waited my turn to pick up the pnone and dial my code and the number on the wall to speak with and obtain the services of someone on the other end who will serve as a friend, in need and provide the understanding necessary to achieve the only thing I wanted at the moment, my freedom. I was not dissappointed...it was if the person had been waiting to hear from me. A friendly voice, politeness, professional, and most of all understanding of my immediate needs.
