I hired this office late last year in the Spring of 2018, I still have not heard from the office so I called last week and spoke with a young girl and told her I have not heard from the office, who told me the reason why my case has been rescheduled was because Polly Murphy had another client that day. I got a call from Michelle very rude and I was upfront with her about her attitude and she changed it quick. I told her about the girl who told me that my date was rescheduled as she raised her voice and said " There are several of us in here!" I told her I am not being rude and she needs to tone it down because I have a close person who I have lost recently and that I have plans to go to the funeral since I was advised my date was rescheduled. Polly Murphy has not called me once since I have been waiting over a year. My claim is still pending and I might as well look for another lawyer.

Had a bad experience with Polly Murphy assistant named Michelle was advised that if she tells Polly to get off my case she want represent me because she didnt like my attitude but this is after she made fun of or had sarcastic remark abt me having a bipolar moment but now correct me if im wrong but this is a disability attorney!? then would not give me my paperwork or let me sign to have her withdraw from my case she jus kept saying leave before i call the cops total total levels of unprofessional!!!keep in mind i have had Polly on my case since December havent heard anything from her as my attorney and didnt kno that its Michelle attorney instead of Polly would never came!!!i believe Polly needs to talk wit her assistant and let her kno her position is to assist only but she runs Polly obviously cause she told me i been here working for 14yrs and trust me she's going to listen to me...pretty much if i lie or tell the truth she which is Polly Murphy is going to believe me...other than her assistant that said shes no longer my attorney havent had or heard any thing bad abt Polly...only if Michelle who ever she is likes your attitude but she has a bad attitude
